Canton Marketplace: Retail center opened in 2009 operated by The Sembler Company
Rope Mill Interchange at I-575 in progress: Managed by CW Matthews in conjunction with the City of Woodstock and Georgia Department of Transportation
Horizon Property Outlet Mall: Development at the newly constructed Rope Mill Interchange with Ground Breaking scheduled for early 2012
Cherokee 75 Corporate Park: 100 acre corporate park development zoned light industrial/office with Phase I construction planned
