Woodstock’s City Center project is set to transform downtown with a dynamic redevelopment of a 4-acre site at East Main Street and Arnold Mill Road. The first phase includes a state-of-the-art six-level parking deck, improved public infrastructure, and new spaces for retail, restaurants, offices, and a boutique hotel. At completion, the walkable development will yield 36,000 square feet of new office and over 7,000 square feet of flex space as well as a 120-room boutique hotel.
