May 7, 2014

The New Year has given way to spring in metro Atlanta, and 100 area companies have proven they can spring into growth mode, earning each of them a Pacesetter Award.

Contributing writer Tonya Layman provides a snapshot into each of the top 50 companies that make up the 2014 Atlanta Business Chronicle Pacesetter winners, and a roster of the remaining 50 are listed with each company’s top executives and its website.

Bizchair.com, one of Cherokee’s existing industries was ranked 25th out of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Atlanta.

Importing new types of products from Asia, creating new channels of distribution and opening two new facilities contributed to last year’s 32 percent growth at BizChair.com.

“In 2013, BizChair.com brought on numerous retail partners, expanded our distribution footprint and expanded our category offerings to account for much of the growth,” said BizChair.com CEO Sean Belnick. “Additionally, we focused on increasing our delivery speed and decreasing the order cycle time for our customers.”

A top online retailer, BizChair.com sells office, church, hospitality and restaurant furniture.

Congratulations to Sean Belnick and BizChair as well as all of the other 2014 Pacesetter Award winners!
