Lifelong Ball Ground resident Elise Holcomb graduated Summa Cum Laude and with Honors from the University of Georgia in May 2023 with degrees in Public Relations, International Affairs and a minor in Design & Media. Her academic journey equipped her with a robust skill set spanning design, photography and strategic communication, while empowering her to combine a love of people with impact.

Rooted in her hometown of Ball Ground, Georgia, Elise brings a genuine understanding of local dynamics to her work. Since beginning her role as Marketing and Communications Specialist at COED, she seamlessly blends her global perspective from her International Affairs background with community-focused creativity.

In her free time, Elise enjoys exploring the rich history of her hometown and surrounding areas, trying local coffee shops and taking photos of her friends and family.
