Justina Brown

Justina Brown is a native of South Carolina and received her bachelor’s degree in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University.

Justina has over 15 years of human resources and organizational development experience. Prior to joining COED, she has held Senior Management positions at an international business consulting firm, international manufacturing company, and multiple law firms. Justina has dealt with a broad range of topics including strategic planning, recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation and benefit plans, policy development and implementation, as well as regulatory and legal compliance.

She is an advocate for intentional living and is driven by her passion for helping people and businesses grow.
