Duties and Responsibilities
- Exercise and promote safety
- Prioritize work assignments
- Understand responsibilities of team roles
- Train employees
- Track attendance
- Complete quarterly performance evaluations
- Control overtime
- Review timecards weekly
- Balance workload for employees
- Communicate goals to employees
- Discipline employees as needed
- Conduct daily
- Toolbox Talks
- Complete Personnel Change Form for employees who transfer, are promoted, etc.
- Complete termination paperwork as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education: HS Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum Experience: 6 months’ minimum experience Certifications Required: Crane certification; Forklift certification; Lock-out/Tag-out certification; Pallet jack certification (certifications completed during new hire orientation)

Computer Skills: Possess understanding of Microsoft Excel and pivot tables and know how to use them to generate reports
Communication Skills: Able to effectively listen and communicate ideas and thoughts to others; able to write reports, business correspondence and procedural manuals; able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and departmental personnel
Mathematical Skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals; able to calculate fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions
Reasoning Skills: Able solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
